The Surface 604 Colt High-Step is a robust hybrid-style e-bike built for riders seeking reliable urban commuting and light off-road capability. Its tough high-step aluminum frame provides strength and a commanding posture, powered by a 500-watt (peaks at 750 W) Bafang geared hub motor paired with a high-capacity 48V battery (available in 14 Ah or optional 20 Ah) for a versatile range (typically around 72–105 km per charge).
Equipped with torque-sensing pedal assist and a responsive thumb throttle, the Colt delivers smooth power delivery. Its 80 mm Suntour XCT suspension fork, hydraulic Tektro brakes, high-volume 27.5″ tires, and integrated lighting system ensure confident control and comfort across varied surfaces.

Product warranty depends on the brand that you are buying. Some brands offering substantial warranty periods. For example, Michael Blast, Surface604 will have 1 year warrarnty parts, battery and labour. T4B, SPAN offers 6months parts, battery and labour warrarnty.
We handle all warranty situations from our retail store location. To report warranty issue or simply schedule appointment with our tech please give us a call during our business hours.

Shipping
Every eBike and scooter minimum charge of $100 applied on shipping to major centers (like Vancouver, Calgary, Toronto, Montreal, Ottawa etc.) (unless picked up directly from the store). Beyond areas i.e. smaller cities - shipping charges will vary from $100-$500.
Bikes are shipped directly from our Calgary store via UPS, or Canada Post. Tracking number is available as soon as order is shipped. Large products such as electric scooters, anything over 150 LBS is shipped via LTL freight. Tracking is also available.
