Product warranty depends on the brand that you are buying. Some brands offering substantial warranty periods. For example, Michael Blast, Surface604 will have 1 year warrarnty parts, battery and labour. T4B, SPAN offers 6months parts, battery and labour warrarnty.
We handle all warranty situations from our retail store location. To report warranty issue or simply schedule appointment with our tech please give us a call during our business hours.
Orders are normally processed and shipped within 3 business days.
No Returns:
- Exchanges may be requested within 14 days of receiving the merchandise.
- Clients requesting a return must contact us by email or by phone for approval.
- The merchandise maybe be returned along with a copy of the invoice.
- Products returned without an authorization will be rejected and returned to you at your cost.
- All returns are subject to a minium $300 restocking fee.
- No refund applicable on special order.
- Shipping fees are non refundable.
- The client is responsible for the shipping costs in the case of a return.
- All merchandise must be in its original packaging.
IMPORT CHARGES
Import charges (including taxes and customs fees) may apply to orders shipped outside of Canada.
Buyer is responsible for paying import charges and these costs aren't included in our prices.
