Warranty

The Rosso X5P Side by Side Ride-On - 3 Decal Colors in 1 is covered by a 6 month warranty, starting from delivery date. This warranty covers mechanical and parts issues that may arise during that timeframe, with free replacement parts shipped free of charge. (Excludes general wear and tear to items such as the tires.) Please note, this does not include servicing or the installation of replacement parts. Coverage does not extend to damages or issues cause by misuse, accident or improper care/maintinance. Please refer to each products owners manual for more info on care & maintinance. Extended 2-year Warranties are available for an additional charge, with standard warranty conditions listed above applying but coverage lasting 2 years from the delivery date.

Shipping

Every eBike and scooter minimum charge of $100 applied on shipping to major centers (like Vancouver, Calgary, Toronto, Montreal, Ottawa etc.) (unless picked up directly from the store). Beyond areas i.e. smaller cities - shipping charges will vary from $100-$500.

Bikes are shipped directly from our Calgary store via UPS, or Canada Post. Tracking number is available as soon as order is shipped. Large products such as electric scooters, anything over 150 LBS is shipped via LTL freight. Tracking is also available.

Transit times depend on your location but ranging anywhere from 1-8 business days. Our processing time depends on the inventory level. We usually ship within 1-3 business days.

Applicable taxes will be charged i.e. BC 12%, AB 5%, SK 5%, MB 5%, ON 13%, QC 5%, NB 14%, NS 14%, NL 14%, PEI 14%.
