Surface 604 Rook Low-Step Commuter eBike
The Surface 604 Rook Low-Step is a comfortable and capable city commuter designed with convenience and durability in mind. Its low-step aluminum frame enables easy mounting, while the 500-watts (peaks at 750-watts) Bafang hub motor with torque-sensing pedal assist and thumb throttle offers smooth and responsive power. With a 48 V 20 Ah Samsung battery option delivering up to 105 km (65 mi) per charge, it’s well equipped for daily commuting or leisurely rides.
A suspension fork, hydraulic disc brakes, adjustable stem, full fenders, integrated lighting, rack, and a roomy color LCD display complete this well-rounded package.

Product warranty depends on the brand that you are buying. Some brands offering substantial warranty periods. For example, Michael Blast, Surface604 will have 1 year warrarnty parts, battery and labour. T4B, SPAN offers 6months parts, battery and labour warrarnty.

Shipping
Every eBike and scooter minimum charge of $100 applied on shipping to major centers (like Vancouver, Calgary, Toronto, Montreal, Ottawa etc.) (unless picked up directly from the store). Beyond areas i.e. smaller cities - shipping charges will vary from $100-$500.
Bikes are shipped directly from our Calgary store via UPS, or Canada Post. Tracking number is available as soon as order is shipped. Large products such as electric scooters, anything over 150 LBS is shipped via LTL freight. Tracking is also available.
