everything about this scooter is good it is my second one, a spare in case ... the only issue was the sticky tape they used as "shrinkwrap" was extremely difficult to remove - took an hour by finger nail scraping - very bad manufacturing practice

it was delivered in less than a week from 2 provinces away it is packaged better than any other product I've seen it rides very well only short fall ,itshould have assembly instructions for the carrier and windsheild installation but overall a very satisfying purchase

Your site was so easy to use and delivery was within one week! It was packed very well to stop any damage. Our only concern was that instructions for set-up (ie. windshield, mirror, etc.) would be helpful. Because of the wintery weather, I haven't been able to take my scooter out for a trial run yet but I had tried one, owned by a friend, previously, and was so pleased with it, I bought my own! It reminds me of my red, Harley trike

Very happy with the product and performance. The product description was accurate and it shipped quickly and arrived in excellent condition. The shipping confirmation email stated the batteries shipped separately led to some confusion and there was no instructions on how to install the windshield or mirrors however these issues were promptly solved with a phone call.
